Predictable Pricing: A Commitment to the Venue Industry

Written by Brad Nuccio | August 18, 2026

Venue leaders are planners by nature. They build budgets years in advance, manage long-term capital plans, book events well into the future, and make technology decisions they expect to live with for years.

We believe their technology partners should make that planning easier, not harder.

At Thynk, that belief has led us to make predictable pricing an important part of how we serve the venue industry. And it rests on two commitments that we believe have to go together.

1. Highly capable software that keeps getting better

Predictable pricing doesn't mean much if the technology behind it can't meet the increasingly complex needs of today's venues.

Thynk provides a highly capable venue management platform, powered by Salesforce and developed with venue-industry expertise. It brings sales, booking, event management, operations, reporting, payments, exhibitor services and more together in one connected environment, with AI embedded throughout the platform to help teams work more efficiently.

Just as importantly, we continually invest in it. Venue technology is advancing quickly, and we think that's exciting. AI, automation, better data and more connected systems are creating opportunities for venue teams to spend less time managing software and more time serving customers, events and communities.

Our commitment is to keep moving the platform forward, one step ahead of the industry.

2. Fair pricing you can actually plan around

Our second commitment is just as important: venues should understand what their technology will cost and what they're getting for that investment.

That starts with keeping the model straightforward. We include the core technology venues need as part of the platform. We don't believe in breaking essential functionality into a long list of add-ons that gradually increases the real cost of the system.

There are a small number of optional capabilities that won't make sense for every venue, and we don't think every customer should have to pay for something they don't need. Those options, and their costs, are clearly identified from the beginning.

The same philosophy applies after implementation. Our customers receive ongoing post-go-live support from people they know, at no additional charge. We believe access to an experienced person who understands your organization should be part of the partnership, not another item on the invoice.

And then there's renewal.

When a venue signs with Thynk, we establish the pricing for the contract period and what the pricing will be for the next contract period if the venue chooses to continue with us.

In writing. Up front.

The goal is simple: no surprises. You know what you're buying, what's included, what support you'll receive, what you're paying today and what you'll pay in the next contract period.

That's what we mean by predictable pricing.

Why this matters to us

I've spent much of my career in and around the venue industry, as a venue executive and as a technology provider serving venues. Those experiences have shaped my view of what a strong technology partnership should look like.

Venues need increasingly sophisticated technology. They need platforms that can evolve as their businesses evolve, teams that understand their operations, and partners willing to continue investing in innovation.

But they also deserve a commercial relationship built for the long term.

That's why I was so pleased to find that this philosophy was already part of how Thynk approaches the industry. We don't believe venues should have to choose between better technology and a better partnership.

They should expect both.

The Thynk pledge

Our pledge to the venue industry is straightforward:

We will work to provide the best venue management platform we possibly can, continually advancing its capabilities as technology and the needs of venues evolve.

And we will offer it at a thoughtful, fair and predictable price, with core venue technology and ongoing support included, optional capabilities clearly identified, and future pricing established in advance.

Capable software. Fair, predictable pricing. Ongoing support from people who know you. A partner invested in the future of the venue industry.

We believe that's a better model for venue technology.

And it's available today.
